Unit Description:

Sodexo School Services is on the lookout for a Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial activities for various school districts.


This role encompasses managing financial operations across multiple sites, including tasks such as accounts payable, cash flow management, accounts receivable, accruals, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, trend analysis, and inventory management. The selected candidate will ensure adherence to financial regulations and provide strategic recommendations for enhancements. The ideal applicant will possess a solid understanding of Sodexo's financial systems.

Are You the Right Fit? The successful candidate will:

  • oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations as per contract stipulations;
  • perform monthly evaluations of financial performance for assigned clients or contracts;
  • collaborate with various management levels, including Sodexo leadership, regional account managers, corporate finance teams, and external clients;
  • prepare client-specific financial reports and analyses;
  • conduct ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
