Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic services to residents. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of residents to identify their strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
  • Provide occupational therapy services, including ADL training, behavioral regulation, and physical functioning maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with Crestwood's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with NBCOT and CA licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
