Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Field Supervisor to join our team at Allied Universal. As a Security Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising Security Professionals in the field, ensuring site coverage, and working closely with Operations Managers to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform site visits to inspect and supervise Security Professionals in the field
  • Address escalation of after-hours and cold-start calls to ensure sufficient coverage at customer sites
  • Work with Operations Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with Security Professionals
  • Conduct on-the-job training and orientation of new employees assigned to post
  • Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling for call-offs or other changes that occur at the site
  • Identify and address personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues, employee relations complaints, or other concerns
  • Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office
  • Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three to five years of professional-level experience required
  • Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle
  • Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College education or business classes desirable
  • Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military highly desired
  • Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
