Quality Assurance Supervisor
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating quality assessments for production, warranty, and specialized R&D initiatives within the quality laboratory. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency of the Quality Lab, serving as the go-to expert and trainer for measurement tools and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and managing inspection processes to guarantee that quality raw materials are utilized and that Key Performance Criteria (KPCs) align with customer specifications prior to dispatch.
- Taking charge of ISO Certification, acting as the primary liaison for all Quality Management Systems, including ISO audits, management review data, gauge calibration systems, quality alerts, corrective action follow-ups, vendor performance evaluations, quality inspections, and scrap analysis.
- Assisting in the development of quality standards and regulations, analyzing data to enhance product quality, and identifying procedural errors.
- Collaborating with the team to establish quality benchmarks, create standards that meet industry and customer expectations, execute quality control processes, and gather and communicate operational data.
- Generating innovative ideas to boost productivity and performance while ensuring accuracy, supervising production for compliance, managing the Quality Lab, and preparing comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.
- Updating quality instructions within the business system and leading the adoption of advanced quality measures.
Hard Skills:

- Creation, processing, and management of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Management of the Management Review Board (MRB) process
- Implementation of ISO17025 certification for the metallurgy laboratory

- Implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Management of gauge control and calibration systems
