Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Crew member to join our team at Interstate Cleaning Corporation. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shopping malls, distribution centers, and retail department stores.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces, including vinyl, stone, and carpet
  • Perform thorough cleaning and restocking of restrooms
  • Operate a diesel-fired hot water pressure washer to clean sidewalks and entrance aprons
  • Patrol the mall on foot to identify and clean up spills and hazards
  • Perform touch-up cleaning and restock restrooms during mall hours
  • Porter Food Court tables and chairs, and wipe down tables and chairs after each customer
  • Empty common area trash receptacles and move trash to designated compactor area
  • Load and operate trash and cardboard compactor machinery
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be willing to work weekends
  • Pass a background check
