Job Responsibilities- Operate a Class A CDL vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Transport cargo from one location to another, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of cargo.
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.
- 2 years of experience hauling 53ft dry van or reefer cargo.
- Clean MVR record.
- No endorsements required.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus.
- Weekly pay by direct deposit.
- Up to $.65 CPM with weekly mileage bonuses for solo drivers.
- Bi-monthly safety incentive bonus up to $.025 CPM on all miles.
- Company-issued Comdata cards with fuel and cash advances.
- No escrows collected.
- Paid orientation, travel, and hotel stay.
- Insurance benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and more.
- PTO (paid-time off) and holiday pay.
- 401K plan with company contribution.
- Comdata fuel card with $150 advance allowed per week for solo drivers.
- Dispatch staff available 24/7/365.
