The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Largo, Florida. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Set targets, track progress, and provide feedback to ensure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and promote our services with enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer experiences.

What We Offer

Requirements

  • Sales Performance: A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (desired).

Location: Largo, Florida (with local travel required)
