Job Description

JobsRUs is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments
  • Operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to efficiently move materials around the warehouse
  • Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
  • Support inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and audits
  • Prepare and ship outgoing materials and products to customers and vendors
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Forklift operation certification required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, carry, and reach
  • Occasionally required to sit, climb, kneel, and crouch
  • Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 50 pounds and prepare pallets for shipping
