**Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year**

As a Registered Nurse RN Home Health at Enhabit Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. This role involves performing visits, coordinating client care, and communicating with physicians and office staff.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Perform accurate OASIS collection
• Ensure medication profiles remain current
• Report lab values to physicians in a timely manner
• Attend weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings

**Qualifications:**

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
• Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
