Physiatrist - Inpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physiatrist to join our team at Providence St. Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. As a Physiatrist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our rehabilitation program.
About the Role:
This is a full-time staff physiatry position that provides services spanning from inpatient care, patient screening, admissions, and daily management. You will work closely with a dynamic group of dedicated specialty physiatry providers to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Providence St. Elias Specialty Hospital is the only Critical Illness Recovery and Inpatient Rehabilitation hospital in Alaska. Our 35-bed CARF-accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility is ranked by US News as the highest-rated rehab program in the state. We provide intensive therapeutic interventions of physical and occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery goals.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in physiatry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Alaska and have a valid DEA license.
