This role is focused on retail operations and customer engagement in a field-based environment. Success in this position hinges on effective team leadership and the development of direct reports.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and executing successful retail events, as well as fostering relationships with in-store management and internal support teams.

This is a full-time salaried position overseeing a team of up to 25 individuals.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule team members to execute events at designated locations.

• Recruit, develop, and retain team members to ensure timely execution of events.

• Cultivate relationships with store-level personnel.

• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively deliver successful events.

Qualifications

Experience:
• Management or Shift Lead experience in retail, food service, or hospitality sectors.

• Proven history of achieving consistent results.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Certificates:
• Food safety manager certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.

Physical Demands:
• Requires extensive walking and moderate lifting in a retail environment.

Work Environment

• Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery warehouse setting. Some exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning agents.
