Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Existing Customer Base: Utilize your current book of business to drive immediate truckload sales, while nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential new clients through market research, referrals, and networking, focusing on truckload transportation solutions.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of shipments and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-7 years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or truckload brokerage, with a proven track record of success in managing an active customer base.
  • Existing Book of Business: Required—Candidates must bring a current book of existing customers in the logistics/truckload industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of full truckload (FTL) operations, pricing strategies, and market conditions.
