Senior Compliance Auditor - Casino Finance

The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Senior Compliance Auditor in Casino Finance. This pivotal position demands a high level of integrity and expertise in ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and Tribal regulations, as well as compliance with the State/Tribal Compact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and oversees financial, operational, and compliance audit plans
  • Offers advisory and consulting services to enhance operational efficiency
  • Compiles sensitive financial data and prepares comprehensive gaming activity reports
  • Conducts various tests related to gaming operations
  • Leads audit teams on specialized projects
  • Guarantees compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
  • Performs additional tasks as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
  • At least four years of professional experience in Audit, Accounting, or related areas
  • Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data extraction methods
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
Licenses and Certifications
  • May need to obtain and maintain a gaming license
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License
