The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Senior Compliance Auditor in Casino Finance. This pivotal position demands a high level of integrity and expertise in ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and Tribal regulations, as well as compliance with the State/Tribal Compact.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and oversees financial, operational, and compliance audit plans
- Offers advisory and consulting services to enhance operational efficiency
- Compiles sensitive financial data and prepares comprehensive gaming activity reports
- Conducts various tests related to gaming operations
- Leads audit teams on specialized projects
- Guarantees compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Performs additional tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
- At least four years of professional experience in Audit, Accounting, or related areas
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data extraction methods
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- May need to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
