Job Title: Automotive Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Receptionist at Land Rover Sudbury.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers and providing a positive first impression
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them to the relevant team members
  • Cashing out clients and handling cash transactions
  • Assisting the management team with administrative tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
