As a coordinator, you will work closely with our clinical management team, SGS people leaders, and team members from other departments to ensure the successful delivery of the highest quality of services according to customer needs and objectives.

Your responsibilities will include performing duties such as direct account management and customer service for assigned clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services according to customer objectives and contract requirements, and communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
