Essential Skills:
IABP, fresh open heart experience is required.

Position Overview:
This opportunity is for a travel nurse position within a specialized unit. Candidates must sign the contract within 24 hours to secure the offer, as it may be extended to other applicants if not accepted promptly.
The hiring manager will conduct a call post-contract signing, and candidates will have a 48-hour window to decline after the interview.

Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience and travel history is essential.
• Candidates must pass a clinical review to receive an automatic offer.
  • Compact license is accepted. Please indicate the status of your WA license: Active, in Process, or no license on your profile.
If 'in process', please provide the application date and estimated issue date.
• Previous permanent employees of any affiliated facility must have a separation period of at least 3 months to qualify for a travel role.
• All facilities honor an active compact license.

Unit Specifics:
• CVICU experience is a requirement.
• Strong travelers are needed due to unseasoned staff in the unit.
• Cardiac surgical experience is mandatory.
• Orientation lasts 4 days, with validated skills assessments for certain competencies.

Schedule Flexibility:
• There is an option to work less than 26 weeks.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
