  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and employees
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and resident apartments
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals according to labeling safety guidelines
  • Lift and carry 20 lb items up and down stairs
