Job Description

As a Luthier at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while enhancing the overall customer experience through quality craftsmanship and knowledge. You will also maintain store inventory and assist in warranty repair work, fostering a positive environment that promotes music and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and possess foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
