Discovery Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team in Montgomery County, PA. This role offers ultimate flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to choose your schedule and meet the unique needs of children with developmental delays.
Compensation PackageThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer various scheduling options, including part-time, full-time, and contract/per-diem positions, ensuring you can find the perfect fit for your lifestyle.
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Occupational Therapist who will provide early intervention services to children from birth to age three, assessing their developmental needs and creating personalized treatment plans to support their growth and development. You will work collaboratively with families, other therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
- A valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in early intervention settings.
