Job Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work closely with our physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans

  • Conduct patient assessments and document progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care
