The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) subspecialist to join our faculty team. As a key member of our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, advancing medical education, and contributing to research and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Provide surgical and non-surgical consultations for complex gynecologic disorders, including endometriosis, fibroids, and pelvic pain.
- Participate in educational programs for residents and medical students, including clinical, didactic, and simulation training.
- Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
- Share GYN call responsibilities, with no Obstetric call required.
- MD/DO degree.
- 4-year ACGME-approved OB/GYN residency training.
- 2-year AAGL Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
- Board Certified in OB/GYN or Active Candidate for certification.
- Eligible for Kansas and Missouri License.
