Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Specialty: Outpatient Orthopedics

Job Duration: 10 weeks

Shift: Day 8, 5x8 Hr

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: One (1) year related experience, preferably in a clinic setting

License: Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure

Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • American Heart Association

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Highly organized and analytical
  • Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment and evaluation results
  • Perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's overall wellbeing
  • Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy principles, standards, and applications

Preferred qualifications:

  • One (1) year ultrasound experience
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association
