Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence (CI) Officer to join our team at Consulting Services Group. As a CI Officer, you will work in an integrated government-contractor team, fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all-source intelligence research and risk analysis
  • Develop operational concepts and engage with stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports to customer management
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret SCI security clearance with Poly
  • Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys
  • Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries' intelligence capabilities
  • Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Intelligence Operations/Analysis/Support to Field Operations
  • Experience identifying targeting leads through database exploitation
  • Formal CI training and/or certifications
  • Overseas experience supporting collection operations
