A reputable SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join their team for a contract assignment.

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits, and providing individualized therapy to improve communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of speech-language pathology.
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Experience providing skilled speech therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assessment and treatment of patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
  • Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
