Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, a clinical affiliate of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Administrator to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Clinical Administrator to lead the planning process for developing and implementing comprehensive programs for patients and families served throughout the department. The successful candidate will work closely with Inpatient Services Directors and Nursing leadership to effectuate discharge planning and utilization management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Select, hire, and supervise program staff, initiating disciplinary action as needed.
- Carry out annual performance appraisals, recommending promotions and other personnel actions.
- Orient and train new employees in departmental operations.
- Serve as liaison with professional and lay groups.
- Masters of Social Work from an accredited school.
- Current licensure as an LCSW and possession of a Clinical Supervision Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years post-master's degree experience in a psychiatric setting.
$93,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
