Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
2. Inspect facilities daily to identify and address any maintenance issues.
3. Operate equipment such as sweepers, scrubbers, and snow blowers to maintain facilities.
4. Assist customers with their needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
