The Vendor Experience & Growth team at BILL is responsible for our virtual card initiative. Our mission is to develop cutting-edge supplier experiences and functionalities that set us apart in the market and foster sustainable growth.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, Analytics, Finance, and our payment product teams, as well as external banking and processing partners, to directly influence key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover new product opportunities, prioritize them among internal stakeholders, and establish a detailed roadmap for your product area, guided by data, research, and business objectives.
  • Execute the roadmap by defining product goals, collaborating with the engineering team and partners to establish requirements, and ultimately leading the execution to launch essential products and features.
  • Maintain effective communication with your supervisor to report on progress against objectives, highlight risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Have over 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B payments.
  • Are deeply committed to understanding customer needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Have successfully delivered high-quality software experiences, likely from reputable startups or mid-sized software firms, where you were a top contributor.
  • Exhibit sound product judgment and are comfortable leveraging data to inform your decisions.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Take ownership of your work and can provide examples of when you proactively addressed challenges.
  • Think strategically and drive business outcomes, not just resolving issues but also influencing key strategic decisions.

The estimated base salary range for this position is provided below for our office location. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our salary ranges for each role and job level are determined by various factors, including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location, and may differ from the amounts listed.
