Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized recovery plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients in a therapeutic setting
- Assist with meal preparation and supervision
- Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to promote clinical growth
- Conduct rounds and provide observations
- Occasionally, transport clients to appointments and activities
- At least 2 years of post-high school education; Bachelor's in Psychology preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting
- Valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
