Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests, complete check-in/check-out procedures, and obtain pertinent information.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
- Service Excellence: Identify guest needs, provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities, and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Reservation Management: Take reservations from incoming callers, input information into the hotel management system, and update/cancel reservations as requested.
- Scheduling: Work a variety of shifts, including morning and evening shifts, with weekend availability required.

Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of intranet, property management systems, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history are required.
