Operations Leader for Process Optimization

At TD Bank N.A, we are seeking an experienced Operations Leader for Process Optimization to oversee the operations of several functions or processes within our COE. This role involves supervising, developing, coaching, and motivating assigned teams to ensure service and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop assigned teams to ensure they are equipped to meet service and productivity standards.
  • Coach and motivate team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations or process improvement.
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: This role is based in the COE location, with the possibility of remote work.
