Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform routine examinations, health screenings, and behavioral health and wellness services to promote positive patient health outcomes.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines, and provide patient education on vaccine safety and efficacy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care and ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a FIT test.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in additional languages, such as Spanish, may be required in certain markets.
- Epic experience and prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic.
