Inventory Control Assistant Supervisor

Wells Lamont LLC is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Assistant Supervisor to assist with inventory and log items that have been received and items that have been taken from inventory. The successful candidate will be a hands-on contributor and must be comfortable dealing with various changes under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with operations to mitigate recurrence of the issues.
- Coordinate with customer service representatives to understand shipping errors reported by the customer and find the root cause.
- Create and maintain a cycle count program.
- Monitor systematic replenishment and direct completion of replenishment activities.
- Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing teammates on job functions/procedures to achieve inventory goals.
- Prepare and drive annual physical inventory within the operation.
- Analyzes and reports inventory discrepancies and slotting issues.
- Perform daily cycle counts and adjustments.
- Reviews daily replenishments.
Qualifications:
- Two to four years of experience in a distribution / warehouse environment.
- Working knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory management.
