Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's background screen processes in collaboration with a third-party vendor.
  • Oversee the adjudication process and adjudicate background screens according to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reporting on background screen results and trends.
  • Analyze background screen data to identify and report on key metrics and trends to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leadership teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, ensuring our practices comply with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on background screen processes and compliance.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the background screen process.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing background screen processes, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources function.
  • Strong knowledge of background screen compliance standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and background screen systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software.
  • SuccessFactors experience, desired.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements:

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies, and equipment.
