Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our dental team in preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records accurately, including appointment scheduling and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Provide excellent patient care, educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
  • Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays, as required by state regulations (e.g. Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas).
  • CPR Certification.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
