Hueman Risk Adjustment Solutions is actively seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Practitioner with Hueman, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and rewarding environment, conducting in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Newport, KY.

About the Opportunity

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your professional goals with your personal life. You will have the opportunity to interact with patients in a more intimate setting, providing comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments and reviewing medical history to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to and from patients' homes to conduct HRAs
  • Perform comprehensive physical assessments and review medical history
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance
  • Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's Degree or commensurate experience and a satisfactory completion of NP license. You must also have an active State NP license, active National board certification, and current BLS certification. 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider is preferred but not required.
