Position Overview

The Licensed Behavior Analyst will play a crucial role in executing thorough behavioral evaluations, modifying treatment protocols, and providing family education. Additionally, you will design individualized behavior intervention plans for children. A key responsibility will be to offer training and oversight to Behavior Technicians (RBT) and/or BCaBAs who carry out the treatment strategies, ensuring they receive ongoing, clinically relevant training and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and implement family training and support initiatives, along with detailed documentation
  • Facilitate protocol modification sessions and generate necessary documentation
  • Prepare monthly competency evaluations for caregivers
  • Conduct monthly competency assessments for RBTs
  • Create comprehensive Monthly Reports
  • Provide field and/or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians
  • Review and approve daily documentation submitted by RBTs
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and BCaBAs
  • Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Certification/License:

  • BCBA Certification

Essential Skills:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must exhibit a mission-driven approach, with motivation, creativity, collaboration, and compassion.
