About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Dessert Artisan to join our baking team. Our ideal candidate has an upbeat demeanor, passion for the culinary arts, and some professional training or experience.

  • Assists with daily production and distribution of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures.
  • Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.
  • Stores, labels, and dates food items according to policy. Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED certificate is preferred.
  • Completion of a culinary school program or apprenticeship is a plus.
  • Pastry-making experience is required.
  • The ability to stand for long periods is essential.
  • Attention to detail is necessary.
