* Transport trailers between the docks, public roadways, and designated drop parking spaces
* Inspect trailers before transporting to identify issues of mechanical maintenance needs and potential safety hazards
* Maintain organization of the trailer yard to ensure efficient and safe transport of trailers
* Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse
* Perform other tasks including pallet building as determined and requested by management
* May perform duties other than switching as assigned

* High school diploma or GED
* Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
* CDL-A (Commercial Driver's Licenses)
* PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification including Pallet Jack, Forklift, Double Forklift, and Switch Tractor

This role will be based in a noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment (hot in summer/cold in winter).
