We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Neuro RN to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Traveling Neuro RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, while also enjoying a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel and may precept student nurses and new hires.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Neuro RN (Certified Neuro RN)
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
- BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
- Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families
