Physician Recruitment Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced physician recruitment leader to join the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading the physician recruitment function and developing strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the physician recruitment team and develop strategies to meet the operational needs of the organization
- Manage search committees and source candidates
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment and employment practices
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in physician recruitment leadership
- Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) - Diversity Equity & Inclusion Certification
- Experience in building a physician recruitment program
