Job Title: Creel Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creel Operator to join our team at C961 FieldTurf USA Inc.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain creels in the Tufting Department, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with production team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Perform tasks around and with automated equipment, moving machinery, and computerized systems.
  • Work in a close team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and leadership.
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work an 8- or 12-hour schedule, including overtime and varied shifts.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to train and lead associates.
