About the Role:

As an Alignment Technician at Town Fair Tire, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our alignment equipment. Your primary duties will include:

  • Aligning Vehicles: You will be responsible for properly aligning all newly mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles, adhering to company specifications.
  • Vehicle Preparation: You will properly secure vehicles to the lift/alignment machine, ensuring a stable and safe working environment.
  • Tire and Wheel Management: You will properly dismount and remount tires and wheels securely on vehicles, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Alignment Experience: You must have prior experience in tire alignment, preferably in a similar automotive setting.
  • Technical Skills: You should possess a strong understanding of tire and wheel alignment principles, as well as the ability to operate alignment equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: You will be required to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, providing clear and concise information regarding alignment services and procedures.
