Job Summary:

The Night Lead Custodian will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the school facility, ensuring a safe and clean environment for students and staff. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintaining the facility, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and operations, to ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain facility equipment and supplies, including ordering and inventory control.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
