Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to neonates, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, administering medication and treatments, assessing, and coordinating patients' discharge plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patients' condition as appropriate.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
  • Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
  • One year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
