The Maintenance Worker is a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Maintain a high level of customer service, providing a positive experience for our clients and guests.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
• Inspect assigned areas regularly, identifying and addressing any maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure all maintenance procedures are up-to-date.
• Report any major maintenance issues and recommend corrective action as necessary.
• Demonstrate efficient and safe use of equipment and tools, adhering to Aramark's safety policies and procedures.

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
