The Client Services Associate is a key role within Citigroup Inc, responsible for providing high-level support to Securities Specialists and building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor money managers' performance and update monthly reports
  • Provide exceptional support to Securities Specialists, including client market updates, new account openings, and documentation approval
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, staying familiar with target clients for various investment products and offerings
  • Manage high call volumes, screen and prioritize phone calls, and take initiative with client inquiries
  • Liaise with Private Banking Universe, including Private Bankers, RO's, Investment Counselors, Securities Specialists, and Wealth Team members
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines, and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
