The Guard I is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Control access to the building, verifying the security status of all individuals who enter.
• Issue required badges and maintain accurate security clearance lists.
• Report any irregularities or problems to the Site Manager for resolution.
• Perform hourly rounds of the facility during weekend shifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized guard station.
• Work any shift required, including weekends, and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Site Manager or designated representative.
• Requires mental alertness, ability to follow instructions, and physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and present a professional appearance in dress and demeanor.
• Must be able to work well with all levels of Military and Civilian personnel.
• High School diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Must be computer literate and able to use basic computer programs.
• Applicants must be a US Citizen, possess a valid driver's license, and be eligible for a SECRET clearance.
