Job Summary

Triage is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant - Certified for a challenging Travel Allied job in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant - Certified (COTA-C)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a travel or per-diem setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software
