**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Enlivant. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and maintain resident rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including making beds, replenishing linens, doing laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
  • Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Good physical and mental health required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and work a flexible schedule.
  • Must be able to move continuously during work hours and lift and/or carry 50 to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Prior work experience in housekeeping as a maid, room attendant, house cleaner, and/or custodian.
  • Exemplify and be an influential team player.
  • Possess good time management and organizational skills.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable.
  • Work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale.
