Job Summary

This is a critical role that requires a qualified mechanic to diagnose and repair commercial diesel trucks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy construction equipment mechanic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing on-road commercial trucks, preparing service documentation, and providing support to other mechanics and heavy equipment personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair commercial diesel trucks, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed service documentation.
  • Support other mechanics and heavy equipment personnel as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy construction equipment mechanic.
  • A current CDL license is required.
  • Ability to work overtime and varying shifts, as well as travel to different locations in western PA.
  • Basic computer knowledge and literacy.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in an active construction zone.
